GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
SAVE the DATE: Storybook Theatre (replacement for Prairie Fire Children's Theatre) will take place at the GMR school the week of June 16th-22nd. Registration forms and other info will be sent home with students mid April. Looking forward to this production company and the great opportunity it offers our young people.
STAFF/ATHLETES: Please allow 10 min prior to Bus Leave Times for Athletes to gather gear. Thank You!
Parents/Guests: Please sign in / sign out in the office when coming to the school or leaving the school
*The weight room is moved and open! Students will need to have an adult supervisor present to use. See Mr Carpenter or a head coach for more information.
PARENTS/STUDENTS: Please, We will need notes from Doctor or Dentist appts or appt cards “I was seen by:_____ at _____ & Date” thank you!
STUDENTS: must sign in / sign out in the office when leaving or returning - we must have notification from a parent of appointments or other reasons for having to leave or come late.
PARENTS/STUDENTS: the school doors do not open until 7:50 AM PLEASE don’t drop off earlier, COLDER weather will be coming and office staff may not be able to get to the doorbell if we are on the phone or stepped out. Please make sure students know where the call button is before you drop off and leave.
ATHLETES: If needing the after practice shuttle REMEMBER to sign up on the office bulletin board by noon

ATTENTION : for the sound system please don’t change any settings unless you have Mr Carpenter’s permission
Students are not allowed to use the gym on weekends without adult supervision. Open Gym is on Sundays from 4:00pm to 7:00pm during basketball season. Use at any other time will need prior approval from Mr. Carpenter.
GATOR CLAY BUSTERS: A new rule will be enforced that if you have FAILED any 1st semester class or you are INELIGIBLE during 3rd quarter (middle/end of February), you will NOT BE ALLOWED to participate in Gator Clay Busters this spring. Keep this in mind as the first quarter has just ended and your quarter 1 grade can affect your semester 1 grade in January.
