Meet The Gator Coaches
Head Coach Kent Christian (Varsity)Coach Christian has been head coach of the boys basketball program for the past
16 years. Prior to that he was an assistant coach in the boys and girls programs for 8
Coach Christian has been head softball coach for the past 24 years.
Kent graduated from NDSU, where he got his education degree and is now a teacher
at GMR School. He teaches: Physical Education, Civics, and Geography. He has also
earned a Master Degree in Educational Leadership from Minnesota State University
Kent has been married for 19 years to wife JoAnn and together they have three children,
Mariah (16) and twin boys Ty and Chance (14).
Kent enjoys watching sports, cooking, collecting baseball cards , working on the softball
fields, and playing with his kids in his spare time.
Assistant Coach Jordan Creviston (JV Team)Coach Jordan Creviston attended Badger High School, where he earned letters in Football, Basketball, and Golf. Jordan graduated back in 2008 and went on to attend Valley City State University. From there he went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Finance. After graduating from college he came back to Badger and worked in the schools around the area as a substitute teacher for 6 months. He then found a job working at Border State Bank in Greenbush as their new Ag Loan Officer back in May.Coach Creviston is a Gator Alumni and was a key member of the 1996-1997 Gator Team that advanced to the State Tournament. He is also a member of the Gator 1,000 point club.Coach Creviston coached the 8th grade boy’s basketball program in 2013-2014, C team level in 2014-2015 and will be looking forward to coaching again this year at the JV level. He has always enjoyed being active with the sports program by either coaching or refereeing the games.Coach Allan Stauffenecker (Junior High)
Coach Stauffenecekr is coaching the BGMR junior high boys basketball team. He is a former Gator player.
