• The ACT

All juniors in the state of Minnesota will be given the option to take the ACT test March 24, 2020.  This will be taking place during the school day. Not all juniors are required to take the ACT, but it will be offered to all interested students.

The ACT is a required test for most regional colleges. Students who plan on going to a four-year college immediately following high school graduation do need this for admission in most cases.

These are a few websites that will help students prepare for the ACT

The Electronic Library of Minnesota has an ACT prep site with the Learning Express.

Students must create a username and login to use this site. It is only available in Minnesota.

Another resource is Quizlet.  Type "ACT" in the search window and several sets of words and practice terms are available for each section of the test.
