Our Homecoming football game is on Friday, September 30th in MR vs Fosston; Homecoming Coronation and Dance are on Saturday, October 8th starting at 8:00 p.m. in GB. More info on Homecoming activities will be coming!

• Boy Scout Open House meeting in the GB lunchroom, 5:30-6:30 p.m. NOTE CHANGE IN TIME
• Football at Lake Park/Audubon, 7:00. The bus will leave Badger at 2:30, GB at 2:45 (excuse at 2:35) and MR at 3:15.
• Football practice in GB.
• Varsity volleyball in GB at 5:45 a.m.
• C/JV volleyball in GB.
• Black/Green volleyball in Badger.
ACTIVITIES FOR SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 24TH:
• Elementary football at Badger, 9:00.
ACTIVITIES FOR MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 26TH:
• 7/8 football vs LOW at Badger, 4:30/6:00.
• JV football at Roseau, 5:00. The bus will leave GB at 3:15 (excuse at 3:00) and Badger at 3:30

• 4th grade to the Water Festival in Warren, 8:30-2:30.
• Junior class to College Fair at Crookston, 7:30-3:00.
• Senior class meeting at 11:45 in Mrs. Anderson’s room.
• Volleyball vs LOW. The 7/8 play in Badger at 5:00/6:15. The C/JV/V play in GB at 5:00/6:15/V.
If interested in attending the BSU Math Contest on October 18th, please sign up with Mrs. Kern. This is open to 9-12th grade students.
The Miss Middle River Pageant is this Saturday, September 24th at the MR gym…good luck to all the contestants!

SENIORS: The Northwestern Minnesota Manufacturers Association is sponsoring their annual essay contest, "What can be done in Northwestern Minnesota to inspire today's youth to pursue a career in Manufacturing?" In 500 words or less, answer this question and deliver to Mrs. Lieberg via email before noon Friday, September 30. A $500 award will be granted.
Calling all Gator leaders! There will be an organizational FCCLA meeting for grades 6-8 on Wednesday, September 28 during lunch in the FACS Room. All senior high students interested in being a part of FCCLA, please sign-up on the sheet on the bulletin board outside the office by Friday, September 30. There will be a meeting to follow to select officers and to plan activities for the year! I “Dare You to Explore” this wonderful opportunity!!!

FCA - Fellowship of Christian Athletes will meet Wednesday mornings from 8am to 8:15am in the Gathering Room upstairs in the High School. Kids grade 9th-12th are welcome, and we’ll have breakfast snacks & juice!
Wednesday, September 28th is SYATP “See You At The Pole”, at 8am at the High School flag pole (in case of rain we’ll meet in the Gathering Room).
Greenbush Public Library Fundraiser Dinner will be held on Wednesday, September 28th at the GB Community Center.

GMR School Community Education Class

AARP Smart Driver Class – This class is a driver improvement course especially designed for mature drivers. The course helps drivers refine existing skills and develop safe, defensive driving techniques. There are no tests. Upon successful completion of this course, you will be eligible to receive a state-mandated discount on your auto insurance premiums. Micky Hulst is the instructor. The class will be held on Tuesday, October 4at the Greenbush Community Center in Greenbush from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. (The MR class is cancelled.)
The Community Flu vaccine schedule is posted on the bulletin board. It will be available on Friday, October 21st at Elderbush Apt. in Greenbush from 9:00-10:00 a.m. This is open to the public. (The flu mist is not available this year).
